Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actor who is most well known for her roles in TV series The Shield and True Blood. Her range of talents has been proven on TV in shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7 and Under the Dome since she began her career as an actor in 2003. First noticed in 2005 for the role of Anna which was featured in Assault on Precinct 13 But it was her portrayal of the women's rights activists Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actress. Hind received praise for portraying Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The series was renewed for the third installment from 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has recently completed filming for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is scheduled to be released at the beginning of 2019. Bachchan was crowned the Queen Of Bollywood due to her heartbreaking performance as Paro in the film Devdas. She plays a jilted love for the character of Paro in Devdas (2002) the film that became one of Bollywood's most popular movies. Devdas also happened to become the first Bollywood film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. Chokher (2002), a dramatized version of RabindranathTagore novel Chokher (2003) was praised by the critics. The same year, she was an the only Indian actress to serve on the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan made an appearance in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice which is the musical version and ballet adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan could bring her charisma and beauty to her first major English film. In 2006, she came back to Bollywood with the hit film Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). She was married to Abhishek Bachchan, co-star who is the son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage has brought two of India's most powerful personalities in one place.
